摘  要:为了客观评价机场行李搬运人员的职业性肌肉骨骼损伤风险,选取作业姿势、脊椎受力作为评估机场行李搬运人员工作过程中的肌肉骨骼损伤的指标,结合仿真技术,定量评估工作中的机场行李搬运作业过程中的肌肉骨骼损伤程度。选取三个行李搬运作业的典型场景,对作业人员、工作场景、搬运姿势进行建模,使用JACK仿真软件中的人因分析工具(TAT)分别对选取指标进行分析评估。研究结果表明:在典型的搬运作业中,机场行李搬运人员存在一定的职业性肌肉骨骼损伤风险,货舱内单膝跪地姿势的损伤风险最大,行李重量超过20kg时,更容易造成机场行李搬运人员的肌肉骨骼损伤。In order to objectively evaluate the occupational musculoskeletal injury risk of airport baggage handler,the working posture and spinal force were selected as the indicators to assess the musculoskeletal injuries of airport baggage handler during the working process,and combined with the simulation technology,the degree of musculoskeletal injuries during airport baggage handling operations at work was quantitatively evaluated.Three typical scenarios of baggage handling operations were selected,and the operators,work scenarios,and handling postures were modeled,and the selected indicators were analyzed and evaluated using the task analysis tool(TAT)in the JACK simulation software.The results of the study show that there is a certain occupational musculoskeletal injury risk for airport baggage handler in typical handling operations, with the greatest injury risk for the one-knee-kneeling posture in the cargo hold, and that baggage weighing more than 20 kg is more likely to cause musculoskeletal injuries for airport baggage handlers.
