摘 要:海铁联运是推动城市港口货运结构绿色转型,促进货运节能降碳的重要抓手。深圳作为国家级物流枢纽城市之一,正在积极推进港区物流基础设施、集疏运体系、港口配套设施等物流设施和体系建设。本文以深圳盐田港平盐铁路改造为例,深入分析疏港铁路改造效益及面临的问题,从线路建设运营模式、运营组织、补贴政策等多个角度提出海铁联运发展策略,促进海铁联运健康可持续发展。Sea-rail intermodal transportation is an important means to promote green structural transformation and energy conservation&carbon reduction of freight transport.As one of the national logistics hub cities,Shenzhen actively promotes the construction of logistics infrastructure,collection and distribution systems,port supporting facilities,and other logistics facilities and systems in the port area.This paper takes the renovation of the Pingyan Railway in Yantian Port as an example to deeply analyze the benefits and problems faced by the renovation of the railway.It proposes development strategies for sea rail intermodal transportation from multiple perspectives such as line construction and operation mode,operation organization,and subsidy policy,to promote the healthy and sustainable development of sea-rail intermodal transportation.
