摘　　要：《武汉市综合交通运输发展“十四五”规划》是指导“十四五”期全市综合交通运输发展的纲领性文件,为检查是否达到“时间过半、完成过半”的进度要求,本文开展规划中期评估研究,客观评价规划实施的进展成效,认真分析存在的问题及原因,并根据发展形势变化,提出有针对性的对策建议,进一步强化规划的战略导向作用,为奋力谱写全面建设社会主义现代化国家武汉篇章开好局起好步。The"14th Five Year Plan"for the development of comprehensive transportation in Wuhan City is a guiding document for the development of comprehensive transportation in the city during the 14th Five Year Plan period.In order to check whether the progress requirements of"more than half of the time and more than half of the completion"have been met,the article conducts a mid-term evaluation study of the plan,objectively evaluates the progress and effectiveness of the plan implementation,carefully analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions based on changes in the development situation,Further strengthen the strategic guidance role of planning,and take a good step towards writing a good chapter in the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country in Wuhan.
