摘  要:为加快贯彻交通强国战略,统筹做好综合立体交通“三张网”规划衔接,畅通国民经济循环、推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设成势见效,支撑“一干多支”发展战略、乡镇行政区划调整改革和县域经济发展,需对现行普通省道网规划进行调整。本文按照“补漏项、扩覆盖、优网络”的优化思路,在总体保留与局部优化的基础上,增加普通省道路线,完善布局方案,同步开展线位规划研究工作,旨在准确把握通道线位资源,指导普通省道建设与管理。研究提出,四川省普通省道总里程将达到3.3万km,到2035年普通省道建设规模约2.2万km,建设新增用地需求约2.7万公顷。In order to accelerate the implementation of the strategy of a country with strong transportation network,coordinate the integration of the"three networks"planning of comprehensive transport network,smooth the national economic cycle,promote the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,support the development strategy of"one trunk and multiple branches",the adjustment and reform of township administrative divisions and county economic development,it is urgent to adjust the current ordinary provincial road network planning.According to the optimization idea of"filling missing items,expanding coverage and optimizing network",on the basis of overall retention and local optimization,this paper adds ordinary provincial routes to improve the layout planning,and carries out research on the route location planning simultaneously,aiming at accurately controlling the resources of route location thoroughfare and guiding the construction and management of ordinary provincial roads.According to the study,the total scale of ordinary provincial road in Sichuan province will reach 33,000 km and the construction scale of ordinary provincial road will be 22,000 kilometers by 2035,and the new land demand for construction will be about 27,000 hectares.
