摘  要:目的:评价纳米银敷料的抗菌性能。方法:本研究将适量菌液接种于不影响微生物生长的无菌玻璃薄片上,采用直接覆盖的方式,将经恒温恒湿处理的纳米银敷料覆盖于菌液之上,并确保无溢出,接触一定时间后,将玻璃薄片及敷料合并洗脱计数。同时,采用常规的吸收法和振荡法进行对比评价。结果:采用本研究方法,试验样品在24 h后,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抗菌率对数值均> 3.00,均高于常规的吸收法和振荡法的测定结果。结论:该方法可有效应用于具有疏水性和缓释性特征的纳米银敷料的抗菌性能评价。Objective:To evaluate the antibacterial performance of nano silver dressings.Methods:In this study,an appropriate amount of bacterial solution was inoculated onto sterile glass sheets that did not affect microbial growth.The nano silver dressings treated with constant temperature and humidity was directly covered on top of the bacterial solution with no overflow ensured.After a certain period of contact,the glass sheets and dressing were combined for elution counting.Meanwhile,conventional absorption and oscillation methods are used for comparative evaluation.Results:Using the method of this study,the logarithmic values of the antibacterial rates of the test samples against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,and Candida albicans were all greater than 3.00 after 24 hours,which were higher than the results obtained by conventional absorption and oscillation methods.Conclusion:This method can be effectively applied to evaluate the antibacterial performance of nano silver dressings with hydrophobic and sustained-release characteristics.
