摘　　要：目的:分析探讨去中心化临床试验的研究现状、研究热点及未来发展趋势,为将“以患者为中心”的理念应用于临床试验的研究提供参考。方法:使用CiteS pace和VOSviewer对去中心化临床试验的文献进行可视化分析。结果与结论:去中心化临床试验研究热点主要集中在两大领域:适用的疾病和治疗手段、数字化技术。“以患者为中心”的理念应用于临床试验的研究成为临床试验领域的发展趋势。Objective:To analyze and discuss the research status,research hotpots and future development trends of decentralized clinical trials,and to provide references for the application of the concept of“patient-centered”in clinical trials.Methods:CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to perform a visualization analysis of the literature on decentralized clinical trials.Results and Conclusion:The research of decentralized clinical trials mainly focuses on two major areas:the applicable disease and treatment means,digital technology.The application of the concept of“patient-centered”in clinical trails has become the development trend in the field of clinical trials.
