不同用法对蛇药片治疗毒蛇、毒虫咬伤疗效影响的研究  

A Study on the Impact of Different Usage Methods of Jide Sheng Snake Medicine Tablets on the Treatment of Snake and Venomous Insect Bites

摘　　要：目的探讨季德胜蛇药片在不同用法下对毒蛇、毒虫咬伤的治疗效果。方法选取2021年12月-2023年12月收治的60例毒蛇、毒虫咬伤患者,随机分为4组(每组15例):A组(季德胜蛇药片+生理盐水+保鲜膜)、B组(季德胜蛇药片+硫酸镁+保鲜膜)、C组(季德胜蛇药片+生理盐水)、D组(季德胜蛇药片+硫酸镁)。比较4组患者的临床疗效、疼痛评分、肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间及药物停留时间。结果B组临床疗效有效率为100%,显著高于A、C、D组(P<0.01);A组有效率为93.33%,优于C组(73.33%)和D组(86.67%)(P<0.01)。B组疼痛评分最低,肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间最短,药物停留时间最长,均显著优于其他组(P<0.05)。A组在各项指标上亦优于C、D组(P<0.01)。结论季德胜蛇药片联合硫酸镁及保鲜膜覆盖可显著提高毒蛇、毒虫咬伤的治疗效果,加速患者康复。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of Jide Sheng Snake Medicine Tablets on snake and venomous insect bites under different application methods.Methods:A total of 60 patients with snake and venomous insect bites admitted from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into four groups(15 cases per group):Group A(Jide Sheng Snake Medicine Tablets+normal saline+plastic wrap),Group B(Jide Sheng Snake Medicine Tablets+magnesium sulfate+plastic wrap),Group C(Jide Sheng Snake Medicine Tablets+normal saline),and Group D(Jide Sheng Snake Medicine Tablets+magnesium sulfate).The clinical efficacy,pain scores,time to swelling resolution,time to pain relief,and drug retention time were compared among the four groups.Results:Group B achieved a clinical efficacy rate of 100%,which was significantly higher than that of Groups A,C,and D(P<0.01).The efficacy rate of Group A was 93.33%,which was superior to that of Group C(73.33%)and Group D8(6.67%)(P<0.01).Group B had the lowest pain scores and the shortest times to swelling resolution and pain relief,while also having the longest drug retention time,all of which were significantly better than those of the other groups(P<0.05).Group A also outperformed Groups C and D in all these metrics(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of Jide Sheng Snake Medicine Tablets with magnesium sulfate and plastic wrap coverage significantly enhances the therapeutic efficacy for snake and venomous insect bites and accelerates patient recovery.
