摘 要:通过球囊损伤术结合饲喂高脂饲料制作兔颈动脉粥样硬化病理模型后,口服给予蝉花观察其对血脂及血管组织病理变化的影响。选取26只成年雌性新西兰兔分为高脂组与空白组,高脂组连续饲喂高脂饲料12周并行球囊损伤术制作动脉粥样硬化病理模型,造模成功后分为不同剂量蝉花组与西药组,连续给予不同剂量蝉花3周并观察对血脂的影响,3周后处死试验兔取血管组织观察对比不同剂量蝉花与西药对血管内膜增生及血管内径的影响。结果表明,蝉花高剂量组与西药组相比降血脂效果、减轻血管内膜增生及对血管内径的影响大致相近,而中、低剂量组效果不佳。说明蝉花达到一定剂量对于降低血脂及减轻血管狭窄程度效果良好,无明显不良副作用,可用于心血管疾病的干预或治疗。This experiment utilized a 2%high-cholesterol diet and balloon injury surgery to establish a pathological model of carotid atherosclerosis in rabbits.After confirming the model's completion,the effects of Cordyceps cicadae on blood lipids and vascular tissue pathology were observed.Twenty-six adult female New Zealand rabbits were randomly selected and divided into a control group and a high-cholesterol group.The high-cholesterol group was fed a 2%cholesterol diet for 12 consecutive weeks and underwent balloon injury surgery to induce atherosclerosis.Once the surgeries were completed,the rabbits were further divided into groups receiving different doses of Cordyceps cicadae and a Western medicine group.They were treated with varying doses of Cordyceps cicadae for three consecutive weeks to assess the effects on blood lipids and vascular stenosis.After three weeks,the rabbits were sacrificed,and their carotid artery tissues were harvested for analysis.The effects of different doses of Cordyceps cicadae and Western medicine on vascular intimal hyperplasia and inner diameter were compared.The results indicated that the high-dose Cordyceps cicadae group showed similar efficacy in reducing blood lipid levels and alleviating vascular intimal hyperplasia as the Western medicine group.However,the medium and low dose groups did not exhibit significant effects.In conclusion,Cordyceps cicadae,when administered in sufficient dosage,effectively reduced blood lipids and mitigated vascular stenosis without any adverse side effects.These findings suggest that Cordyceps cicadae could be utilized for the intervention or treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
