摘　　要：荆州某鸡场出现了疑似鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒(ILTV)感染,为确定该病病因,用PCR初步检测鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒为阳性;将阳性病料经处理后接种于SPF鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜,传至5代,收集出现痘斑和增厚的绒毛尿囊膜及尿囊液,对其进行PCR检测、病毒滴度测定及动物回归试验。确定分离到1株ILTV毒株,命名为JZCD202302株。参照GenBank公布的鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒WG株设计了gB、gC、gD、gE、gK、TK基因特异性引物,用MEGA6.0软件绘制了遗传进化树。gB-gC-gD-gE-gK-TK串联进化树分析结果显示,该毒株与澳大利亚疫苗相关野外重组流行毒株7b、ACC78、CL9和实验室疫苗重组株ILTV.157/19亲缘关系最近。A chicken farm in Jingzhou has a suspected Infectious laryngotracheitis virus(ILTV)infection in chickens.In order to determine the cause of the disease,PCR was used to preliminarily diagnose positive infectious laryngotracheitis virus in chickens.After treatment,the positive material was inoculated in the SPF chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane,transmitted to the fifth generation,and the chorioallantoic membrane and allantoic fluid with acne spots and thickening were collected,and the PCR identification,virus titer determination and animal regression test were carried out to determine the isolation of an ILTV strain,and named it JZCD202302 strain.Referring to the WG strain of chicken ILTV published in GenBank,the specific primers of gB,gC,gD,gE,gK and TK genes were designed,and the genetic and evolutionary trees were drawn by MEGA6.0 software.The results of gB-gC-gD-gE-gK-TK tandem phylogenetic tree analysis showed that this strain was most closely related to the Australian vaccine-related field recombinant epidemic strains 7b,ACC78,CL9 and the laboratory vaccine recombinant strain ILTV.157/19.
