摘 要:为观察胃转流手术对肥胖猫生理及糖代谢相关指标的影响,选12只成年肥胖家猫随机分为3组,空白组、假手术组、胃转流手术组,术后8周内,每周于固定时间检测各组猫采食量、体重、血糖和果糖胺以及糖代谢激素指标,并进行口服葡萄糖耐量试验。结果表明,胃转流组猫手术后恢复良好,术后1~8周采食量与术前比较均无显著差异;胃转流组试验猫的体重呈下降趋势,第8周体重与术前相比极显著降低(P<0.01),而空白组和假手术组试验猫体重均有上升趋势,但与术前相比无显著差异。3组试验猫的糖代谢相关指标,包括血糖、果糖胺、葡萄糖耐量、胰岛素、C肽、抑胃肽、胰高血糖素样肽-1组间比较均无显著差异。表明胃转流手术对肥胖猫的减重效果显著,且手术安全性高,对肥胖猫的糖代谢水平无显著影响。This study aimed to observe the effects of gastric bypass surgery on physiological and glucose metabolism-related parameters in obese cats.Twelve adult obese domestic cats were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into three groups:control group,sham surgery group;gastric bypass surgery group.Within 8 weeks after surgery,the food intake,body weight,blood glucose,fructosamine,and glucose metabolism hormone indicators on each group of cats were measured at fixed times each week,and an oral glucose tolerance test was performed.The results showed that the cats in the gastric bypass group recovered well after surgery,and there was no significant difference in food intake between weeks 1-8 postoperatively compared to preoperative levels.The body weight of the cats in the gastric bypass group showed a decreasing trend,with a significant decrease in weight at week 8 compared to preoperative levels(P<0.01),while the body weight of the cats in the control group and sham surgery group showed an increasing trend,but there was no significant difference compared to preoperative levels.There were no significant differences in glucose metabolism-related indicators among the three groups of experimental cats,including blood glucose,fructosamine,glucose tolerance,insulin,C-peptide,ghrelin,and glucagon-like peptide-1.This indicates that gastric bypass surgery has a significant effect on weight loss in obese cats,with high safety,and no significant impact on glucose metabolism levels in obese cats.
