摘  要:线粒体自噬是一种选择性自噬,通过清除受损线粒体来维持细胞及代谢的稳态。细胞凋亡是在基因严格控制下主动的细胞“自杀”行为,又称为细胞程序性死亡。线粒体自噬介导的细胞凋亡可通过不同的信号通路来产生影响,但其具体作用机制十分复杂。论文对线粒体自噬与细胞凋亡之间的生理关系及各自发挥作用的机制进行综述,并对线粒体自噬与卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡的关系进行阐述,旨在揭示线粒体自噬与细胞凋亡的内在联系和调控生物学过程的生理机制,为深入研究线粒体自噬介导的细胞凋亡在动物生殖方面的作用机制提供理论参考。Mitophagy is a kind of selective autophagy,which maintains cell and metabolic homeostasis by removing damaged mitochondria.Apoptosis is an active cell“suicide”behavior under strict control of genes,also known as programmed cell death.Mitophagy mediated apoptosis can be affected by different signaling pathways,but the specific mechanism of action is very complex.In this paper,the physiological relationship between mitophagy and apoptosis and the mechanism of their respective roles were reviewed,and the relationship between mitophagy and apoptosis of ovarian granulosa cells was elaborated,aiming to reveal the intrinsic relationship between mitophagy and apoptosis and the physiological mechanism of regulating biological processes.It also provides a theoretical reference for further research on the mechanism of mitophagy mediated apoptosis in animal reproduction.
