摘  要:猪流行性腹泻(PED)是由猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)感染引起的一种肠道疾病,猪流行性腹泻病毒不断发生变异,疫苗没有明显预防效果。PEDV N蛋白在感染阶段可高水平表达,在参与病毒粒子组装、影响病毒复制、阻滞细胞周期、拮抗干扰素产生、与细胞蛋白相互作用以逃避宿主免疫反应等方面发挥重要作用,其本身高度保守,长期以来被用作早期诊断试剂和疫苗开发抗原的最佳候选蛋白。论文主要对N蛋白结构及其在PEDV复制过程中的功能,N蛋白与宿主细胞相关因子相互作用等研究进展进行综述,为阐明PEDV致病机制、PED防控策略和新兽药研发等提供参考。Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)is a devastating intestinal disease caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV),since its discovery in 1971,PED has caused significant economic losses to the global pig industry.It has been difficult to control porcine epidemic diarrhea for a long time due to its wide prevalence,constant virus mutation,and the lack of significant effect of vaccines.The PEDV N protein is expressed at high levels during the PEDV infection stage,and it plays an important role in participating in the assembly of viral particles,influencing viral replication,blocking the cell cycle,antagonizing the production of interferon,and interacting with cellular proteins to evade the host immune response,etc.Being highly conserved in itself,it has long been used as the optimal candidate protein for the early diagnostic reagent and vaccine-developed antigen.In this paper,we review the structure of N protein,the function of N protein in the replication process of PEDV,and the interaction of N protein with host cell-related factors,with the expectation that it will provide a reference for the elucidation of the pathogenic mechanism of PEDV,the exploration of strategies for the prevention and control of porcine epidemic diarrhea,and the research and development of new veterinary drugs.
