摘  要:日本脑炎(Japanese encephalitis,JE)是由日本脑炎病毒(JEV)引起的一种严重危害人类和多种动物健康的人兽共患传染病,目前尚无治疗JE的有效药物。疫苗免疫是降低人、猪、马等动物感染JEV的首选,当前JE疫苗研究迫切需要开发新的更为安全、有效的候选疫苗,解决现有疫苗对流行毒株的交叉保护率低及保护期短等问题。为更好地了解当前JE疫苗研究进展,论文从JEV分子病原学特征、疫苗应用现状等方面,总结JEV疫苗研发现状,以期为JE疫苗研发提供参考。Japanese encephalitis is a serious zoonotic infectious disease that poses a significant threat to both human and animal health.Currently,there is no effective treatment for JE,making vaccination the primary strategy for reducing JEV infection in humans,pigs,horses,and other animals.However,the urgent need persists for the development of new,safer,and more effective candidate vaccines to address issues such as low cross-protection rates against prevalent strains and short duration of protection associated with existing vaccines.To better understand the current status of JE vaccine research,this review summarizes recent advances in JE vaccine research,focusing on molecular pathogenesis characteristics and progress in vaccine applications,so as to provide insights for researchers and practitioners in the field.
