摘　　要：近年来男性面临的社会压力渐增和心理问题日益复杂等因素,导致男性心理性勃起功能障碍在男科临床上十分常见。本病作为男性勃起功能障碍疾病的一个临床亚类,属于常见的男性性功能障碍疾病,虽不直接威胁患者的生命安全,但对患者身心健康的打击远超疾病本身,很多患者在患病后心态逐渐沮丧、抑郁甚至产生自杀倾向。因此,如何有效地诊断及治疗心理性勃起功能障碍,帮助男性重拾信心,已经成为我国男科学亟待解决的一项课题。In recent years,due to the increasing social pressure and increasingly complex psychological problems faced by men,male psychological erectile dysfunction becomes very common in andrology clinic.As a clinical subcategory of male erectile dysfunction,this disease belongs to a common male sexual dysfunction disease.Although it does not directly threaten the life safety of patients,it has a far greater impact on physical and mental health of patients than the disease itself.Many patients gradually become depressed and even have suicidal tendencies after illness.Therefore,how to effectively diagnose and treat psychological erectile dysfunctionto help men regain confidence has become an urgent problem to be solved in male science in China.
