摘　　要：目的:比较Meek植皮与邮票植皮在大面积烧伤患者创面修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月南开大学附属医院收治的100例烧伤患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组及研究组,各50例。对照组接受邮票植皮,研究组接受Meek植皮。对比两组手术相关指标、创面恢复情况及术后皮片成活率。结果:研究组的手术时间、皮片融合时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组,供皮面积小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,研究组的温哥华瘢痕量表中各项评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6、9、12个月,研究组的术后皮片成活率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Meek植皮在大面积烧伤创面修复中的应用效果优于邮票植皮,能够缩短手术时间、皮片融合时间、创面愈合时间及住院时间,减少供皮面积,并提高术后皮片成活率。Objective:To compare the effect of Meek skin grafting and stamp skin grafting in the repair of epatients with xtensive burn wound.Methods:A total of 100 burn patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Nankai University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received stamp skin grafting,and the study group received Meek skin grafting.The postoperative indexes,wound recovery and survival rate of skin were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,skin fusion time,wound healing time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the skin donor area was smaller than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Vancouver Scar Scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6,9 and 12 months after operation,the survival rates of skin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Meek skin grafting in the repair of extensive burn wounds is better than that of stamp skin grafting,which can shorten the operation time,skin fusion time,wound healing time and hospital stay,reduce the skin donor area,and improve the survival rate of postoperative skin.
