针对性三项维度护理联合实物抓握训练促进手指开放性骨折患者手功能康复的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨针对性三项维度护理联合实物抓握训练促进手指开放性骨折患者手功能康复的效果。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年9月聊城市中医医院收治的120例手指开放性骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取针对性三项维度护理联合实物抓握训练干预。两组均持续干预12周。比较两组手功能康复效果、日常生活能力、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组手功能康复优良率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组Barthel指数评分为(84.06±8.17)分,高于对照组的(73.87±6.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量综合评定问卷-74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性三项维度护理联合实物抓握训练可修复患者手功能,提高其日常生活能力,改善生活质量,干预效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of targeted three dimensional nursing combined with physical grip training on promoting hand function rehabilitation in patients with open finger fractures.Methods:120 patients with open finger fractures admitted to Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received targeted three dimensional nursing combined with physical grasping training intervention.The intervention lasted for 12 weeks in both groups.Compare the rehabilitation effects of hand function,daily living ability,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results:After the intervention,the excellent rate of hand function rehabilitation in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel Index score of the observation group was(84.06±8.17)points,higher than the control group’s(73.87±6.15)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 score of the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted three dimensional nursing combined with physical grip training can repair patient hand function,improve their daily living ability,improve their quality of life,and have significant intervention effects.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
