循证护理在老年髋关节置换术后功能康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:浅析循证护理在老年髋关节置换术后功能康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年3月于湖口县中医医院行老年髋关节置换术的60例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规性护理,观察组采用循证护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:护理后1、3、6个月,观察组的Harris髋关节功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的功能康复优良率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后1、3、6个月,观察组日常生活能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年髋关节置换术后患者接受循证护理,能提高功能康复效果,改善其生活自理能力,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in functional rehabilitation of elderly patients after hip replacement.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients undergoing hip replacement in Hukou County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After 1,3,6 months of nursing,the Harris hip scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of functional rehabilitation in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1,3,6 months of nursing,the activities of daily living scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly patients receiving evidence-based nursing after hip replacement can improve the functional rehabilitation effect,improve their self-care ability,and have good clinical application value.
