摘 要:液体分布器的出流均匀性是影响高效污水处理工艺的关键指标,当前对于其出流均匀度的评价方法还没有统一的标准,尤其是对于对称结构液体分布器的出流均匀性尚难以评价。针对两级液体分布器结构,建立了基于组分输运模型的简化有限元分析方法,并验证了该分析方法的适用性,研究了不同进液方式和不同尺寸液体分布器出流流量分布情况,并选用合适的出流均匀度评价方法进行评价。结果表明:两端进液和中间进液结构液体分布器的出流均匀性要明显优于一端进液结构,而两端进液结构的出流均匀度又要略优于中间进液结构;Killat分区法相比克里斯琴森均匀系数法和白跃华区域面积法更加适合大尺寸对称型液体分布器出流均匀度的评价。The outflow uniformity of liquid distributors is a crucial indicator affecting efficient wastewater treatment processes.Currently,there is no unified standard for evaluating the outflow uniformity of liquid distributors,especially for symmetrical structures,which are difficult to evaluate.This article established a simplified finite element analysis method based on the species transport model and verified the applicability for the structure of a two-stage liquid distributor.The distribution of flow rate at the outlet under different inlet methods and different sizes of the liquid distributors was studied,and an appropriate evaluation method for the uniformity of the outlet was selected.The results showed that the outflow uniformity of the liquid distributor with two-end inlet and intermediate inlet structures was significantly better than that with one end inlet structure,and the outflow uniformity of the two-end inlet structure was slightly better than that with the intermediate inlet structure.The Killat partition method was more suitable for evaluating the outflow uniformity of large-size symmetric liquid distributor compared to the Christensen uniformity coefficient method and the Bai Yuehua area method.
