摘  要:维生素B_(12)制药生产废水具有高COD、高盐、高氨氮、高硬度等特点,常规处理工艺难以达到相关排放标准。采用“生化处理-膜系统浓缩分盐-蒸发结晶”的工艺路线,实现了维生素B_(12)制药废水的零排放处理和资源化利用。其中生化处理采用“水解酸化+厌氧+好氧”污泥耐盐驯化培养的生化工艺,后采用“化学软化+反渗透预浓缩+纳滤分盐+反渗透再浓缩+纯化”的膜处理工艺,实现了浓缩和分盐的目的,产水满足中水回用标准,膜浓缩液进行蒸发结晶,产出的NaCl纯度≥99.0%,Na_(2)SO_(4)纯度为96.0%,分别达到《工业盐》(GB/T 5462—2015)和《工业无水硫酸钠》(GB/T 6009—2014)中相应标准。生化处理-膜系统浓缩分盐-蒸发结晶处理维生素B_(12)制药废水为同类废水的零排放处理和资源化利用提供工程案例参考。Vitamin B_(12)pharmaceutical wastewater has the characteristics of high COD,high salinity,high ammonia nitrogen and high hardness,which is difficult to meet the relevant emission standards by conventional treatment processes.In this article,the process route of“biochemical treatment-concentration and separation of membrane system-evaporative crystallization”was adopted to realize zero-discharge treatment and utilization of vitamin B_(12)pharmaceutical wastewater.In this process,biochemical pretreatment of“hydrolysis acidification+anaerobic+aerobic”incubated by salt tolerance measure was adopted firstly,the membrane technology of“chemical softening+reverse osmosis preconcentration+nanofiltration for separating salt+reverse osmosis reconcentration+purification”was adopted subsequently.The purpose of concentrating salt and separating salt was achieved and the production water met the reused standard for reclaimed water.The concentrated liquor produced from membrane system was evaporated to crystallize,the purity of NaCl produced by the evaporation system could retain≥99.0%,and the purity of Na_(2)SO_(4)could retain 96.0%,which met the corresponding standards in Industrial Salt(GB/T 5462-2015)and Industrial Anhydrous Sodium Sulfate(GB/T 6009-2014)respectively.This process has the characteristics of high removal efficiency and stable operation,which provides a reference as engineering case for the zero-discharge treatment and resource utilization of similar wastewater.
