摘　　要：澜湄合作机制是由中国主导的国际性合作体系,是中国“一带一路”倡议部署的有机组成部分。法律服务在澜湄合作机制中发挥着重要的功能,中国与老挝在民商事领域法律服务的平台建设对预防与解决争端有重要意义。以中国为主导,为民商事主体提供专业的法律服务平台,能有效预防政策的不稳定性带来的一系列风险,弥补两国法律制度的差异性给双方当事人造成的巨大损失。中国企业在老挝的可持续发展与生命力,很大程度上取决于包括仲裁在内的商事主体争端解决机制。推进涉外法律服务和争端解决机制的平台建设,运用法治思维和法治方式加强中国与老挝等周边国家在传统和非传统领域的经贸合作,充分发挥云南省独特的地缘优势与辐射作用,提升澜湄合作机制的内部创造力和外部发展能力,助力澜湄合作机制融入我国“一带一路”倡议的战略性框架之中。The Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Mechanism is an international cooperation system led by China,and has become an organic part of China's"One Belt And One Road"strategic deployment.Legal services play an important role in the LMC mechanism.The construction of legal services in civil and commercial fields is of great significance to the prevention and settlement of disputes.Taking China as the lead and providing a professional legal service platform for civil and commercial entities can effectively prevent a series of risks brought by the instability of policies and make up for the huge losses caused to the two parties caused by the differences in the legal systems of the two countries.The sustainable development and vitality of Chinese enterprises in Laos largely depend on the effectiveness of the dispute settlement mechanism of commercial entities,including arbitration.Promote foreign legal services and dispute settlement mechanism platform construction,using the rule of law thinking and rule of law to strengthen China and Laos neighboring countries in the field of traditional and non-traditional economic and trade cooperation,give full play to the unique geographical advantages and radiation effect,enhance rings the LMC mechanism of internal creativity and external development ability,power rings the LMC Mechanism into the"Belt and Road"initiative of the strategic framework.
