面向南亚东南亚辐射的云南高校图书馆资源整合与服务策略研究

摘  要:在信息化时代背景下,图书馆作为核心知识管理机构,其重要性日益凸显。在“一带一路”倡议下,云南作为面向南亚东南亚的辐射中心,其高校图书馆在服务区域教育合作和人文交流中扮演着重要角色。习近平总书记对云南的两次重要考察中,明确提出了将云南建设成国家民族团结进步示范区、生态文明建设排头兵及面向南亚东南亚的辐射中心的战略定位。然而,云南高校图书馆在资源整合和服务策略方面存在诸多困境,如资源分散、服务同质化、缺乏国际化等。基于对云南国门大学留学生教育现状的分析,提出云南高校图书馆资源整合与服务策略,以期为提升云南高校图书馆服务能力,促进区域教育合作和人文交流提供参考。Against the backdrop of the information age,libraries,as core institutions for knowledge management,have increasingly highlighted their importance.Under the"Belt and Road"initiative,Yunnan,as a hub radiating towards South and Southeast Asia,plays a significant role in serving regional educational cooperation and cultural exchanges.During his two important visits to Yunnan,General Secretary Xi Jin-ping explicitly proposed the strategic positioning of building Yunnan into a national demonstration zone for ethnic unity and progress,a pioneer in ecological civilization construction,and a hub radiating towards South and Southeast Asia.However,Yunnan's university libraries face many challenges in resource integration and service strategies,such as scattered resources,homogenized services,and a lack of internationalization.Based on an analysis of the current situation of international student education at the border universities in Yunnan,this paper proposes strategies for resource integration and services for Yunnan's university libraries,aiming to provide a reference for enhancing the service capabilities of Yunnan's university libraries and promoting regional educational cooperation and cultural exchanges.
