社区场域下数字化共同生产的影响因素研究——基于社会资本视角的实证分析

摘　　要：公众参与数字化共同生产对数智时代社会治理体系的健全和完善具有基础性意义。现有研究围绕个体展开,对于集体层面的数字化共同生产行为缺乏必要的关注。本研究以社区作为研究单元,结合社会资本理论构建了一个社区场域下集体层面数字化共同生产的分析框架。基于浙江省J市的社区数字平台数据,采用OLS线性回归模型检验了线下社会资本、线上社会关系网络和在线社会规范对社区集体数字化共同生产的影响。研究发现,代表线下关系网络的线下交流活动、代表线上关系网络的在线公共事务讨论,以及代表在线社会规范的在线邻里组织参与都对在线的报事数量产生直接的正向影响。在线组织参与分别正向调节了线下活动和在线讨论对数字化共同生产的影响。此外,在报事数量多的社区,线下交流活动和在线讨论对数字化共同生产行为的影响更大;在报事数量少的社区,在线邻里组织参与和在线讨论能发挥更大作用。Promote public participation in digital co-production has become a major practical issue,which is of fundamental significance to improving the social governance system in the digital era.Existing research focuses on individuals,but lacks the necessary attention to digital co-production at the collective level.In this paper,we take the community as the research unit and construct an analytical framework of digital co-production at the collective level in the community field by combining social capital theory.Based on the data of the community digital platform covering the whole city in J City,Zhejiang Province,an OLS linear regression model was used to test the impact of offline social networks,online social networks and online social norms on the collective digital co-production of the community.The results show that offline communication activities,which represent offline networks,online public affairs discussions,which represent online networks,and online neighborhood organization participation,which represent online social norms,all have a direct positive impact on the number of online reports.Online organizational participation positively moderated the impact of offline communication activities and online discussions on digital co-production,respectively.In addition,in communities with high levels of reporting,offline communication activities and online discussions have a greater impact on digital co-production behaviors.In communities with fewer reported incidents,online neighborhood organization participation and online discussions play a greater role.
