摘　　要：目的探讨对乙酰氨基酚联合水合氯醛灌肠在小儿热性惊厥中的应用效果及对退热情况、免疫功能的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2023年3月我院收治的180例热性惊厥患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各90例。对照组给予地西泮治疗,观察组给予对乙酰氨基酚联合水合氯醛灌肠治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的惊厥消失时间、退热时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的脑电图总异常率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对乙酰氨基酚联合水合氯醛灌肠治疗小儿热性惊厥可提高治疗效果,缩短惊厥消失时间、退热时间及住院时间,改善患儿免疫功能,降低脑电图异常率及复发次数,值得应用与推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of paracetamol combined with chloral hydrate enema in infantile febrile convulsion and its influences on fever relief situation and immune function.Methods A total of 180 children with febrile convulsion admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diazepam,and the observation group was treated with paracetamol combined with chloral hydrate enema.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The convulsion disappearance time,fever relief time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total abnormal rate of electroencephalogram in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paracetamol combined with chloral hydrate enema in the treatment of infantile febrile convulsion can improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the convulsion disappearance time,fever relief time and hospitalization time,improve the immune function of children,reduce the abnormal rate of electroencephalogram and the number of recurrence,which is worthy of application and promotion.
