摘 要:目的分析血常规、生化检验在高脂血症患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月于盐城市第一人民医院体检的60例高脂血症患者作为观察组,将同期于本院体检的60名健康者作为对照组。比较两组的血常规及生化检验指标。结果观察组的血红蛋白(Hb)、空腹血糖(FBG)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、绝对中性粒细胞计数(ANC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)水平低于对照组,甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平及白蛋白与球蛋白比值(A/G)低于对照组,白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规、生化检验对高脂血症有一定的诊断价值,可于临床广泛推广及应用。Objective To analyze the application value of blood routine and biochemical tests in the clinical diagnosis of patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods Sixty patients with hyperlipidemia who underwent physical examination in Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as observation group,and 60 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group.The blood routine and biochemical tests indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of hemoglobin(Hb),fasting blood glucose(FBG),white blood cell count(WBC),platelet count(PLT),absolute neutrophil count(ANC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and apolipoprotein B(ApoB)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and albumin to globulin ratio(A/G)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of albumin(ALB)and total bilirubin(TBIL)were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood routine and biochemical tests have certain diagnostic value for hyperlipidemia,which can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
