祛毒促愈汤对混合痔外剥内扎术后创面愈合情况及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨祛毒促愈汤对混合痔外剥内扎术后创面愈合情况及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2022年4月至2023年5月收治的100例行混合痔外剥内扎术治疗的患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用祛毒促愈汤。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的创面愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的创面面积小于对照组,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肛管收缩压、肛管静息压低于对照组,直肠感知阈值高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论祛毒促愈汤能够显著提高混合痔外剥内扎术后患者的治疗效果,促进创面愈合,减轻疼痛程度,同时改善肛门功能并减轻炎症反应,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of Qudu Cuyu decoction on wound healing and pain degree after external dissection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent external dissection and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qudu Cuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the wound area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the anal canal systolic pressure and anal canal resting pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the rectal perception threshold was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qudu Cuyu decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after external dissection and internal ligation,promote wound healing,reduce pain,improve anal function and reduce inflammation.It has high clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
