穴位贴敷联合四君子汤治疗小儿便秘的效果及对肠神经递质的影响

摘　　要：目的探究穴位贴敷联合四君子汤治疗小儿便秘的效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月本院接诊的96例便秘患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组48例。对照组给予四君子汤治疗,试验组给予穴位贴敷联合四君子汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、病情恢复情况及肠神经递质指标。结果试验组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的便秘评分量表(CCS)、主症、次症评分及总分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的P物质(SP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平高于治疗前,生长抑素(SS)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平低于治疗前,且试验组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合四君子汤治疗小儿便秘的效果显著,可有效缓解症状,促进病情恢复,改善肠神经递质指标,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application combined with Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of constipation in children.Methods A total of 96 children with constipation admitted in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group and experimental group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sijunzi decoction,and the experimental group was treated with acupoint application combined with Sijunzi decoction.The clinical efficacy,disease recovery and intestinal neurotransmitter indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Cleveland Clinic Score(CCS),main symptom,secondary symptom scores and total score of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of substance P(SP)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the levels of somatostatin(SS),nitric oxide(NO)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with Sijunzi decoction is effective in the treatment of constipation in children,it can effectively relieve symptoms,promote the recovery of the disease,and improve the intestinal neurotransmitter index,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
