摘　　要：目的探讨多学科协作(MDT)营养支持对胃癌化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法选取88例胃癌化疗患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和干预组,各44例。对照组实施常规营养支持干预,干预组实施MDT营养支持干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,干预组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组的血红蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平高于对照组,患者主观整体评估(PG-SGA)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组的贫血、乏力发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、总体感觉评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MDT营养支持可改善胃癌化疗患者的睡眠质量、营养状况,减少化疗不良反应,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)nutritional support on quality of life in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 88 patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy were selected and divided into control group and intervention group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nutritional support intervention,and the intervention group was given MDT nutritional support intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the intervention group was lower than of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of hemoglobin,albumin and transferrin in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,while the score of Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of anemia and fatigue in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and general feeling in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT nutritional support can improve the sleep quality and nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy,reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy,and promote the quality of life.
