中医特色护理技术对混合痔手术患者疼痛及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医特色护理技术对混合痔手术患者疼痛及并发症的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2022年3月至2023年3月我院收治并进行混合痔手术的88例患者分为对照组(44例,常规护理干预)和中医组(44例,中医特色护理技术干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果术后12、24、72 h,中医组的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,中医组的风伤肠络证、湿热下注证、气滞血瘀证、脾虚气陷证积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。中医组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,中医组的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。中医组的舒适度、护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理技术在混合痔手术患者中的效果显著,不仅可减轻术后疼痛,改善临床症状,减少并发症发生,还能提高生活质量、舒适度及护理满意度。Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques on pain and complications in patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods According to the random number table method,88 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were divided into control group(44 cases,routine nursing intervention)and traditional Chinese medicine group(44 cases,traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques intervention).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 12,24 and 72 h after operation,the pain score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of wind injury intestinal collaterals syndrome,damp-heat betting syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of comfort and nursing satisfaction in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques applied in patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoids surgery has a significant effect,it can not only reduce postoperative pain,improve clinical symptoms,reduce the occurrence of complications,but also elevate quality of life,comfort and nursing satisfaction.
