摘　　要：目的探讨FOCUS-PDCA程序在缩短单病种信息上报时间中的应用效果。方法应用FOCUS-PDCA程序对单病种信息上报时间进行管理,对比改进前后单病种信息上报平均时间。结果每例单病种信息上报平均时间从26.3 min缩短到10 min,单病种数据上报信息提取率从0提高到64.3%。结论运用FOCUS-PDCA程序能缩短单病种信息上报时间,提高单病种数据上报信息提取率,对提高工作效率、保证数据质量起着促进作用。Objective To explore the application effect of FOCUS-PDCA program in shortening the reporting time of single disease information.Methods The FOCUS-PDCA program was used to manage the reporting time of single disease information,and the average reporting time of single disease information before and after improvement was compared.Results The average reporting time of each single disease information shortened from 26.3 min to 10 min,and the information extraction rate of single disease data reporting increased from 0 to 64.3%.Conclusion The application of FOCUS-PDCA program can shorten the reporting time of single disease information,improve the information extraction rate of single disease data reporting,and promote the improvement of work efficiency and data quality.
