重组人生长激素联合其他疗法在特发性矮小中的应用

摘　　要：矮小症是指儿童的身高低于同性别、同年龄、同种族儿童平均身高的2个标准差,每年生长速度低于5 cm者。特发性矮小(ISS)是矮小症中的一种重要类型。重组人生长激素(rh-GH)对ISS的治疗效果已在大量研究中得到证实,并在临床中广泛应用。近些年来的研究表明,芳香化酶抑制剂、促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)、中医疗法、钙制剂及营养、运动、心理干预对ISS也能起到一定的作用。本文对rh-GH联合以上疗法在ISS中的应用进行综述。Short stature refers to a child whose height is less than 2 standard deviations of the average height of children with the same gender,age and race,and whose annual growth rate is less than 5 cm.Idiopathic short stature(ISS)is an important type of short stature.The therapeutic effect of recombinant human growth hormone(rh-GH)on ISS has been confirmed in a large number of studies,and it is widely used in clinical practice.Recent studies have shown that aromatase inhibitor,gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues(GnRHa),traditional Chinese medicine therapy,calcium preparations and nutrition,exercise,psychological intervention can also play a role in ISS.This article reviews the application of rh-GH combined with the above therapies in ISS.
