摘 要:川崎病(KD)是一种侵犯中小血管的免疫炎症性疾病,除完全川崎病(CKD)外,对于不完全川崎病(IKD)及静脉注射用免疫球蛋白(IVIG)无应答型KD的诊断常有滞后性,以致于无法有效降低冠状动脉病变(CAL)的发生率,从而严重影响婴幼儿生长发育。因此,寻找更为快速便捷、准确的诊断方法尤为重要。本文将从临床上常用的实验室参数比值出发,对早期诊断KD及其CAL相关研究进行综述,以丰富儿科医生早期识别KD及CAL的手段,提早做出预防措施,进而减少疾病对患儿的伤害并改善远期预后。Kawasaki disease(KD)is an immune inflammatory disease that invades small and medium blood vessels.In addition to complete Kawasaki disease(CKD),the diagnosis of incomplete Kawasaki disease(IKD)and intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG)non-responsive KD often lags behind,so the incidence of coronary artery lesion(CAL)can not be effectively reduced,thus seriously affecting the growth and development of infants and young children.Therefore,it is particularly important to find a more rapid,convenient and accurate diagnostic method.This article will review the research on early diagnosis of KD and its CAL based on laboratory parameters ratio commonly used in clinical practice,so as to enrich the means of early identification of KD and CAL of pediatricians,and help them make preventive measures in advance to reduce the damage of the disease to the children and improve the long-term prognosis.
