摘 要:介绍了矿浆浓度检测方法与检测仪表,包括矿浆浓度检测的重要性、传统矿浆浓度检测方法和自动在线检测技术。随后给出矿浆浓度检测仪表的选择建议。详细介绍了射线检测技术的应用与优化,因其稳定性、高精度和高效率的特点,成为现代选矿厂广泛使用的测量工具。最后,结合现场反馈,指出了在线矿浆浓度检测技术的未来发展趋势。In this paper,the pulp concentration detection method and instrument,including the importance of pulp concentration detection,traditional pulp concentration detection methods and automatic on-line detection technologies were described and the selection of pulp concentration detection instrument was proposed.In addition,the application and optimization of ray detection technology were introduced in detail.Its stability,high precision and high efficiency make it become a widely-used measurement tool in modern concentrating mills.Finally,the future development trend of online pulp concentration detection technologies was pointed out based on the field feedbacks.
