摘  要:建立了大范围变工况下火电机组协调控制系统的非线性模型,并通过现场数据对动态参数进行辨识。为了提高火电机组协调控制系统的控制品质,提出了一种基于改进自抗扰控制的直接能量平衡控制结构,其中主蒸汽压力回路和负荷回路分别采用改进自抗扰控制和常规自抗扰控制。基于大量仿真给出了改进自抗扰控制的参数整定方法。仿真结果表明,改进自抗扰控制能够提升主蒸汽压力回路的跟踪性能不低于9.18%。此外,在不同负荷下,改进自抗扰控制能够显著提升协调控制系统的抗干扰能力。In this paper,the coordinated control system’s nonlinear model for thermal power units under wide range variable loads was established,including having dynamic parameters of the nonlinear model identified based on on-site data.With the view to improving the coordinated control system’s performance,a direct energy balance control structure based on modified active disturbance rejection control(MADRC)was proposed.In which,the main steam pressure loop adopts MADRC and the load loop employs conventional active disturbance rejection control.In addition,a parameter tuning method for MADRC was present based on extensive simulations.The simulation results show that,the MADRC can improve the main steam pressure loop’s tracking performance by no less than 9.18%.In addition,MADRC can significantly enhance the anti-interference ability of the coordinated control system under different load conditions.
