摘  要:选矿厂跳汰机的床层松散度通过对床层厚度进行检测,进而实现对床层松散度的控制,但因检测数据不准确、时效性差等问题,致使跳汰分选效率低、分选指标不稳定。因此设计基于嵌入式实时操作系统的跳汰机床层松散度检测仪。该检测仪以STM32芯片为主控核心,利用电动滑台、压力传感器和限位传感器对跳汰机床层数据实现全方位监测,采集松散度数据;通过HC-12无线通信模块读取跳汰床层中的数据,然后通过WiFi将数据上传到上位机进行显示、存储、数据处理和反馈。通过运用FFT算法对床层进行预测并建立数据库,对不同工况设置区分,实现了检测仪根据不同需求进行自动切换的功能。测试结果表明:检测仪性能稳定可靠,实时检测数据再现性高、时效性强,并且操作方便简洁。The washbox’s layer looseness can be measured through detecting layer thickness in the ore treatment plant to control layer porosity.Considering inaccurate detection data and poor timeliness which leading to low jigging and sorting efficiency and unstable sorting index,a washbox layer looseness detector based on embedded real-time operating system was designed,in which,having the STM32 chip taken as main control unit,and having the electric slide table,pressure sensor and the limit sensor employed to realize all-round monitoring of the washbox layer data and collect the looseness data,as well as having HC-12 wireless communication module adopted to read data in the jigged bed layer,and then having them uploaded to the host computer for display via WiFi,storage,data processing and feedback.In addition,through making use of FFT algorithm,the bed layers was predicted and a database was established,including distinguishing different working conditions to realize the auto-switching function of the detector as required.The test results show that,the detector’s performance is reliable and reproducibility of the real-time detection data is high together with strong timeliness and easy operation.
