摘  要:为解决油水界面定位不准的问题,采用微型叉指电极结合伺服电机在模拟储罐全高度范围内垂直扫描,通过高灵敏叉指电极检测扫描过程中的阻抗幅值并配合K-means算法定位油水、油气界面。实验结果表明:系统检测精度高、误差小,相比于传统电容式界面仪,系统尺寸小、灵敏度高、不易附着原油且维护方便,可广泛应用于原油集输过程的油水、油气界面检测。With the view to solving inaccurate positioning of the oil-water interface,a micro inter-digital electrode combined with a servo motor was used to vertically scan height range of the storage tank simulated.The impedance amplitude during the scanning process was detected through a highly sensitive inter-digital electrode,including making use of K-means algorithm to locate both oil-water and oil-gas interface.Compared to traditional capacitive interfacial instrument,the system has characteristics of high accuracy and small errors,small size,high sensitivity,less susceptibility to crude oil attachment and easy maintenance.The experimental results show that,the system can be widely applied to both oil-water and oil-gas interface detection in crude oil gathering and transportation.
