摘 要:采用SimulationX软件建立整棵采油树液压控制系统仿真模型,得到液压系统充压时间、阀门启闭时间和依次操作阀门的时间间隔,仿真结果均符合标准要求。同时研究了阀门操作带来的压力波动对其他就位阀门的影响,仿真表明:当阀门操作造成的系统压力波动的最小值大于已就位阀门的开启压力时,系统压力波动对已就位阀门影响较小,结果可为水下采油树液压控制系统的设计提供参考,同时可为水下采油树测试及生产作业提供指导。Having the SimulationX software adopted to establish the simulation model for subsea production tree’s hydraulic control system was implemented to obtain charging time of the hydraulic system,the opening and closing time of the valve and the time interval of the valve operation in turn.The simulation results complied with the standard requirements.In addition,the pressure fluctuation’s influence caused by valve operation on other valves in-place was studied.The simulation results show that,when the minimum value of system pressure fluctuation caused by valve operation is greater than the opening pressure of the valve in place,the system pressure fluctuation influences the valve in place little.The results can provide reference for the design of hydraulic control system of the underwater production tree and provide guidance for its test and production operation.
