摘  要:针对采用CAN、RS485等总线通信方式的读卡器,通信速率低,并发识别数少,易导致丢卡、漏卡,采用网络通信方式功耗大,无法实现2 km的远距离供电需求的问题,采用电力载波通信和精确定位技术,设计了精确定位读卡器。经应用测试:基于电力载波通信技术的读卡器通信速度可达20.0 Mb/s以上,在2s的巡检周期条件下,并发识别数不小于200,满足了煤矿智能化建设,可为井下人、机、物等提供高精度、高并发、低时延的位置服务。The card readers which employing CAN,RS485 and other bus communication mode have low communication rate,small number of concurrent identification which easily causing card loss and leakage;and their network communication mode has a high power consumption and being incapable of realizing a 2 km-long distance power supply.In this paper,through employing power line communication and precise positioning technology,an accurate positioning card reader based on power line communication was designed.Application tests show that,the communication speed of the reader based on power line communication technology can reach 20.0 Mb/s,and its number of concurrent identification can be≥200 at a 2 s inspection cycle,which meets the intelligent construction of coal mines and provides high-precision,high-concurrency and low-delay location services for operators,machines and objects underground.
