摘　　要：目的:探讨外敷自制大黄芒硝中药包用于肥胖、水肿产妇剖宫产术后术口愈合的效果。方法:选取2022年6月-2023年12月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的行剖宫产分娩的肥胖、水肿产妇150例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组加用外敷自制大黄芒硝中药包干预,持续5 d。比较两组患者术口愈合情况、疼痛评分、睡眠质量、舒适度及并发症。结果:观察组表面红肿消退、硬结消退、术口愈合及住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,简化舒适状况量表(GCQ)各维度评分及总分高于对照组,并发症少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外敷自制大黄芒硝中药包在促进肥胖、水肿产妇剖宫产术后术口愈合中效果显著,可缩短愈合时间,加快疼痛消失,改善产妇舒适度,减轻疾病对睡眠的影响。Objective:To explore the effect of applying self-made rhubarb mirabilite traditional Chinese medicine package for postoperative wound healing in obese and edematous postpartum women undergoing cesarean section.Methods:All 150 obese and edematous postpartum women who underwent cesarean section and were admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received external application of self-made rhubarb mirabilite Chinese medicine package intervention for 5 days.To compare the healing status,pain score,sleep quality,comfort,and complications of the surgical site between two groups.Results:The surface redness and swelling subsided,the hardness subsided,the surgical site healed,and the hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,there was significient difference(P<0.05).After intervention,the visual analog scale(VAS)and pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the scores and total scores of each dimension of the simplified comfort scale(GCQ)were higher than those of the control group,and the complications were less than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Chinese medicine package of rhubarb and mirabilite for external application has a significant effect on promoting postoperative healing in obese and edematous women undergoing cesarean section.It can shorten the healing time,accelerate pain relief,improve maternal comfort,and reduce the impact of diseases on sleep.
