摘　　要：目的:探讨新形势下构建公立医院数字化运营管理体系的重要意义。方法:通过对某医院构建完善的数字化运营管理体系,建立数字化运营管理中心平台,并评价分析其对医院管理模式的影响与效果。结果:数据清晰度、决策支持系统的有效性和医疗服务流程的优化以及各项运营指标数据均得到了显著改善。结论:构建完善的数字化运营管理体系,不仅是医院管理现代化的发展趋势,更是一种全面提高医院服务质量和管理效率的有效模式。进一步建立数字化运营管理中心,可以为医院各项管理工作提供可靠的数据支持,为管理决策提供科学依据,全面提升医院经营决策效率,实现医院从流程驱动向数据驱动的管理模式转变,促进医院精细化管理,彻底变革医院运营管理模式,为我国公立医院的数字化转型提供科学依据。Objective:To explore the significance of building a digital operation and management system for public hospitals under the new situation.Methods:This study constructs a comprehensive digital operation management system for a certain hospital,establishes a digital operation management center platform,and evaluates and analyzes its impact and effectiveness on the hospital management mode.Results:The clarity of the results data,the effectiveness of the decision support system,the optimization of the medical service process,and various operational indicators have all been significantly improved.Conclusion:The improvement of these indicator data clearly indicates that building a sound digital operation management system is not only a trend in the modernization of hospital management,but also an effective model for comprehensively improving hospital service quality and management efficiency.Further establishing a digital operation and management center can provide reliable data support for various management work of the hospital,provide scientific basis for management decisions,comprehensively improve the efficiency of hospital management decisions,realize the transformation of the hospital from process driven to data-driven management mode,promote refined management of the hospital,thoroughly transform the hospital operation and management mode,and provide scientific basis for the digital transformation of public hospitals in China.
