摘 要:光热发电的优势在于储能,其中储换热系统中的介质为高温熔盐,其存储设备为熔盐储罐。根据基础型式和材料的不同,罐底板与基础间的摩擦系数取值会发生变化,摩擦系数作为影响接触面力学行为的重要因素,其大小直接影响到熔盐储罐的应力分布和变形情况,因此针对熔盐储罐底部摩擦系数的分析研究具有必要性和紧迫性。为进一步分析摩擦系数对熔盐储罐的影响,探究罐底与基础摩擦系数取值的敏感性,为工程设计提供参考,采用三维有限元分析软件,以青海省某光热项目的熔盐储罐设计为基础,对高温熔盐储罐与基础间摩擦系数的参数敏感性进行研究,分析了摩擦系数对罐壁、大角焊缝、罐底板应力和变形的影响。结果表明:摩擦系数不影响仅受静力作用的储罐应力,由于高温产生的膨胀是摩擦系数对罐体结构产生较大影响的原因;在热力耦合作用下,摩擦系数对于第一层壁板和大角焊缝区域应力分布的影响较大,且随着摩擦系数的增加,基础对于底板的横向膨胀变形的约束作用增强,导致大角焊缝处脱离基础顶面,并且脱离高度不断增加。The advantage of concentrating solar power generation lies in energy storage.The medium in the heat storage and exchange system is high-temperature molten salt,and the storage device is a molten salt storage tank.According to the differences in the foundation type and materials,the value of the friction coefficient between the tank bottom plate and the foundation will change.As an important factor affecting the mechanical behavior of the contact surface,the magnitude of the friction coefficient directly affects the stress distribution and deformation of the molten salt storage tank.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to conduct analysis and research on the friction coefficient at the bottom of the molten salt storage tank.In order to further analyze the influence of the friction coefficient on the molten salt storage tank,explore the sensitivity of the value of the friction coefficient between the tank bottom and the foundation,and provide a reference for engineering design,a three-dimensional finite element analysis software is used.Based on the design of the molten salt storage tank of a concentrating solar power project in Qinghai Province,the parameter sensitivity of the friction coefficient between the high-temperature molten salt storage tank and the foundation is studied,and the influence of the friction coefficient on the stress and deformation of the tank wall,the large fillet weld,and the tank bottom plate is analyzed.The results show that the friction coefficient does not affect the stress of the storage tank under static force only.The expansion caused by high temperature is the reason why the friction coefficient has a great influence on the structure of the tank body.Under the thermo-mechanical coupling effect,the friction coefficient has a great influence on the stress distribution in the area of the first layer of the wall plate and the large fillet weld.Moreover,with the increase of the friction coefficient,the constraint effect of the foundation on the lateral expansion deformation of the botto
