摘　　要：培育建设国际消费中心城市是我国在新发展阶段加快消费转型升级、推动经济高质量发展和高水平对外开放的重要举措。中央商务区(CBD)作为现代服务业的重要承载区,是引领国际消费中心建设的重要引擎和关键节点。本文通过构建五维分析框架,深入分析CBD引领国际消费中心城市建设的优势基础和当前面临的问题与短板,并在分析研判CBD创新发展趋势、梳理总结国内外先进经验的基础上,从完善功能布局、提升配套设施、增强高端消费供给、强化软环境支撑等方面提出加快CBD创新升级、引领国际消费中心城市建设的对策建议。Fostering and building international consumption center city is an important measure for China to accelerate consumption transformation and upgrading,promote high-quality economic development and high-level opening up in the new stage of development.As an important carrying area of the modern service industry,the Central Business District(CBD)is an important engine and key node leading the construction of an international consumption center.By constructing a five-dimensional analysis framework,this paper deeply analyzes the advantages of CBD leading the construction of international consumption center city and the current problems and shortcomings.On the basis of analyzing and judging the development trend of CBD innovation and summarizing the advanced experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the innovation and upgrading of CBD and lead the construction of an international consumption center city from the aspects of perfecting the functional layout,improving supporting facilities,enhancing high-end consumption supply,and strengthening the support of the soft environment.
