摘　　要：新型举国体制是在社会主义市场经济条件下,举全国之力实现特定目标的一种资源配置方式和制度性安排。新型举国体制与新质生产力本质上是生产关系与生产力的互动。二者在提出背景、目标设定、运行机理等方面展现出深层次的关联性,在核心要素、本质特征、资源配置等方面表现出一致性特征,为新型举国体制对新质生产力的赋能提供了坚实的理论基础和广阔的实践空间。新型举国体制赋能新质生产力,以全体人民共同富裕目标指引下人民对美好生活的向往为逻辑起点,继承和发展了马克思主义分工协作理论和生产力理论,并在中国共产党以举国之力发展生产力的实践中不断丰富和发展,具有独特的政治制度优势、资源整合优势、协同创新优势和市场竞争优势。The new type of nationwide system is a mode of resource allocation and institutional arrangement for mobilizing the efforts of the whole country to achieve specific goals under the conditions of the socialist market economy.The new nationwide system and the new quality productivity are essentially the interaction between production relations and productivity.They show a deep correlation in the background,goal setting,and operation mechanism,and show consistency in the core elements,essential characteristics,and resource allocation,which provides a solid theoretical foundation and broad practical space for the empowerment of the new nationwide system to new quality productivity.The new nationwide system empowers new quality productivity,takes the people's yearning for a better life under the guidance of the goal of common prosperity of all people as the logical starting point,inherits and develops the Marxist theory of division of labor and cooperation and the theory of productive forces,and continues to enrich and develop in the practice of the Communist Party of China to develop productive forces with the strength of the whole country,with unique advantages in political system,resource integration,collaborative innovation and market competitive advantage.
