数字基础设施赋能经济高质量发展:基于居民消费水平视角

摘　　要：数字基础设施作为数字经济发展底座,能够改进消费结构,是实现经济高质量发展不可或缺的助推器。本文利用2013—2022年近10年的省级面板数据研究数字基础设施与经济高质量发展之间的关系。结果表明:首先,数字基础设施能够提高经济高质量发展水平,并能通过提高居民消费水平促进经济高质量发展;其次,数字基础设施对经济高质量发展的影响存在多重差异性,主要表现在地区经济、人口密度、市场化程度以及对外开放水平等异质性上;最后,数字基础设施与经济高质量发展之间存在正向的空间溢出效应。因此,建议深化数字基础设施建设,提高居民消费水平,实现数字基础设施与经济发展双轮驱动效应,重视各地区差异性,优化区域经济发展空间效应。As the foundation of the digital economy,digital infrastructure can improve the consumption structure and is an indispensable booster for achieving high-quality economic development.This paper uses the provincial panel data of nearly 10 years from 2013 to 2022 to study the relationship between digital infrastructure and high-quality economic development.The results show that,firstly,digital infrastructure can improve the level of high-quality economic development and promote high-quality economic development by increasing residents'consumption level.Secondly,there are multiple differences in the impact of digital infrastructure on high-quality economic development,which are mainly reflected in the heterogeneity of regional economy,population density,marketization degree and opening-up level.Finally,there is a positive spatial spillover effect between digital infrastructure and high-quality economic development.Therefore,it is recommended to deepen the construction of digital infrastructure,increase residents'consumption level,achieve the two-wheel driving effect of digital infrastructure and economic development,attach importance to regional differences and optimize the spatial effect of regional economic development.
