摘 要:DUF247是一个保守的蛋白质结构域,编码含有此结构域的蛋白质在植物生长、发育及胁迫中发挥重要作用。研究鉴定了番茄基因组中26个DUF247基因家族成员,分别命名为SlDUF247-1~SlDUF247-26。对DUF247基因家族理化性质、染色体定位、基因结构、保守基序、系统进化关系、启动子顺式作用元件等进行生物信息学分析。结果表明:染色体分布说明番茄DUF247基因家族在结构和功能具有多样性。启动子顺式作用元件分析显示,番茄DUF247基因家族成员,可能参与非生物胁迫和植物生长发育等多种生物学过程。转录组数据显示,20个番茄DUF247家族成员能够抵抗干旱和冷胁迫。结果有助于揭示DUF247基因家族在番茄生长发育和逆境中的基因功能。DUF247 is a conserved protein domain,which encodes proteins that plays an important role in plant growth,development and stress response.In this study,26 members of DUF247 gene family in tomato genome,named SlDUF247-1-SlDUF247-26,were identified for the first time.Their physical and chemical properties,chromosome location,gene structure,conserved motif,phylogenetic relationship and promoter cis-acting elements were analyzed by bioinformatics method.The results showed that the uneven distribution of tomato DUF247 gene family on chromosomes,the large gene length span and the diversity of conserved motifs indicated the diversity of structure and function of tomato DUF247 gene family.Promoter cis-acting element analysis showed that tomato DUF247 gene family members might be involved in a variety of biological processes,including abiotic stress,plant growth and development.Transcriptome data showed that 20 tomato DUF247 family members could respond to drought and cold stress,and the results were helpful to reveal the gene function of DUF247 gene family in tomato growth and development and stress response.
