摘 要:针对皇竹草种植排种装置漏种卡种,排种性能不稳定,适宜预切种茎类作物排种装置缺乏等问题,基于柔性输送带与胶辊组合充种清种的技术思路,设计一种柔性输送带-胶辊组合式皇竹草种茎排序输送排种装置。设计的装置实现了皇竹草种茎有序充种、高效清种和精量排种。通过理论分析确定影响皇竹草有效充种的关键结构参数为输送带倾斜角(β)、充种胶辊-清种胶辊间距(B)。采用离散元仿真方法,构建输送带-胶辊组合充种、清种的离散元仿真模型,优选得出β、B最优参数组合为60°、80 mm。试验表明:充种合格率和漏播率分别为95.9%和4.1%,与仿真结果的相对误差为0.8%,表明仿真模型可准确模拟皇竹草预切种茎排序输送排种过程。To solve the problems of uneven seeding,seed jamming and unstable seeding performance in planting arrangement device for Pennisetum hydridum,and the lack of suitable pre-cut seedling sowing devices,a flexible conveyor belt and rubber roller combination seeding and seed cleaning device was designed based on the technical idea of seeding and seed cleaning.The device could orderly fill the Pennisetum hydridum seedlings with seeds,efficiently clean seeds and precision seed.The key structural parameters affecting the effective seeding of Pennisetum hydridum were determined by theoretical analysis,which was the inclination angle of the conveyor belt(β)and the distance between the seeding rubber roller and the cleaning rubber roller(B).The discrete element method was used to build a discrete element simulation model of the conveyor belt and rubber roller combination seeding and seed cleaning,and the optimal parameter combination ofβand B was selected as 60°and 80 mm.The bench test results showed that the seeding qualification rate and seeding failure rate were 95.9%and 4.1%,respectively,with a relative errorr of 0.8%between simulation results and actual results,which indicated that the simulation model could accurately simulate the Pennisetum hydridum pre-cut seedling sorting and seeding process.
