摘 要:大学生是我国创新创业的生力军,但创业是高风险、高不确定性的活动,创业失败是常态,故应通过大学生创业失败教育使其正确认知创业失败,并从失败中吸取教训,更新知识,改进行为。大学生创业失败教育是“创业失败+创业教育”的融合教育形态。开展大学生创业失败教育,以实现理性对待失败、认真剖析失败、积极管理失败的教育目的。基于“失败归因—失败学习—失败修复”的创业失败修复理论逻辑,大学生创业失败教育内容应包括失败归因、失败学习和失败修复等模块,主体框架则应涵盖大学生、高校、政府和社会等主体。最后,从大学生、高校、政府、社会等主体视角分别探讨了大学生创业失败教育的实施策略。College students are the driving force of innovation and entrepreneurship in China,but entrepreneurship is a high-risk and uncertain activity,and entrepreneurial failure is the norm.Therefore,entrepreneurship failure education for college students should be provided to help them have a correct understanding of entrepreneurship failure,learn from it,update their knowledge,and improve their behavior.The research suggests that entrepreneurship failure education for college students is an integrated educational form of entrepreneurship failure and entrepreneurship education,aiming at achieving the educational goals of rational treatment of failure,serious analysis of failure,and active management of failure.Based on the theoretical path of“failure attribution to failure learning and to failure recovery”,the content framework of entrepreneurship failure education for college students should include modules such as failure attribution,failure learning,and failure recovery,while the educational subject should cover college students,universities,government and society.Finally,the implementation strategies of entrepreneurship failure education for college students were discussed from the perspectives of college students,universities,government and the society.
