摘　　要：快速变化的国际环境和技术环境对工商管理专业硕士(MBA)的实践能力提出了新的要求。在梳理现有文献的基础上,明确了实践能力的概念与内涵,并将其解构为数字实践能力、创新实践能力与创业实践能力。围绕实践能力架构、实践教学能力以及实践教学评估环节初步建立了工商管理专业硕士(MBA)实践育人体系。从课程教学、实践课程教练、以赛促建、闭环管理4个方面(4C模式)就如何提升工商管理专业硕士(MBA)的实践能力提出建议。In response to the novel demands imposed on the practical capabilities of Master of Business Administration(MBA)candidates by the rapidly evolving international and technological landscapes,this study,combing the existing literature,clarifies the concept and implications of practical abilities.It breaks down practical abilities into digital practical ability,innovative practical ability,and entrepreneurial practical ability.Through the construction of practical ability framework,practical teaching capability,and practical teaching evaluation,this paper initially establishes a comprehensive practical education system for MBA.Furthermore,the innovative suggestions for the 4C model are proposed for four key aspects:course teaching,course coaching,competition-driven development,and closed-loop management,aiming to enhance the practical abilities of MBA students.
