摘 要:目的:研究麻杏石甘汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠Th17/Treg平衡及肺功能的影响。方法:选择健康雄性大鼠80只,随机分为对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、布地奈德混悬液组(C组)和麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德组(D组),各20只。除A组外,其余3组通过烟熏复合木瓜蛋白酶雾化吸入的方法,建立COPD模型。造模成功后,B组生理盐水灌胃,C组给予雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗,D组在C组基础上加用麻杏石甘汤治疗,连续给药60 d,HE染色观察各组大鼠肺组织病理学情况;采用流式细胞术测定各组大鼠外周血中Th17/Treg平衡情况;采用微量法检测各组大鼠肺组织氧化应激水平情况,采用针式电极和生物信号采集处理系统检测各组大鼠呼吸参数及肺功能指标情况。结果:与对照组比较,模型组、布地奈德混悬液组和麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德组肺泡结构被破坏,模型组最严重。与对照组比较,其余3组Th17/Treg升高,Treg降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与模型组比较,布地奈德混悬液组和麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德组Th17/Treg降低,Treg升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与布地奈德混悬液组比较,麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德组差异更明显(P<0.05);与对照组比较,其余3组大鼠的肺组织SOD、GSH-Px活性下降,MDA水平上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与模型组比较,布地奈德混悬液组和麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德组SOD、GSH-Px活性上升,MDA水平下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与布地奈德混悬液组比较,麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德组差异更明显(P<0.05);与对照组比较,其余3组大鼠呼吸功能下降(P<0.05),与模型组比较,布地奈德混悬液组和麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德组呼吸功能上升(P<0.05),与布地奈德混悬液组比较,麻杏石甘汤联合布地奈德组上升更明显(P<0.05);与对照组相比,其余3组PIF、PEF、MV下降(P<0.05),与模型组比较,布地奈德混悬液组和麻杏石甘�Objective:To investigate the effects of Ephedra,Apricot Kernel,Gypsum and Licorice Decoction on the Th17/Treg balance and pulmonary function in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 80 healthy male rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group(Group A),model group(Group B),budesonide suspension group(Group C),and Ephedra,Apricot Kernel,Gypsum and Licorice Decoction combined with budesonide group(Group D),with 20 rats in each group.Except for Group A,the other three groups were used to establish the COPD model via smoke exposure combined with papain aerosol inhalation.After successful modeling,Group B was treated with physiological saline via gavage,Group C received budesonide suspension inhalation therapy,and Group D was given Ephedra,Apricot Kernel,Gypsum and Licorice Decoction in addition to budesonide suspension.Treatment was administered continuously for 60 days.HE staining was used to observe lung tissue pathology;flow cytometry was employed to measure the Th17/Treg balance in peripheral blood;oxidative stress levels in lung tissues were assessed using microplate methods;respiratory parameters and pulmonary function indices were detected with a needle electrode and biosignal acquisition system.Results:Compared with the control group,the alveolar structure was damaged in the model group,budesonide suspension group,and Ephedra,Apricot Kernel,Gypsum and Licorice Decoction combined with budesonide group,with the model group showing the most severe damage.The Th17/Treg ratio was higher and Treg cells were lower in the three treated groups compared to the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Among the treated groups,the Ephedra,Apricot Kernel,Gypsum and Licorice Decoction combined with budesonide group showed significant improvement compared to the budesonide suspension group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in lung tissues decreased,and MDA levels increased in the three treated groups,with significant differences(P<
