摘　　要：黄芩味厚气薄,可升可降,其化学成分丰富,药理作用广泛。综述近年国内外黄芩相关研究,发现黄芩的主要成分为黄酮类、多糖类、甾类、挥发油等,炮制方法可影响各类成分含量,且对黄芩的研究多集中在黄酮类成分的黄芩苷、黄芩素以及汉黄芩素。黄芩对呼吸系统、消化系统、心脑血管系统等多系统具有多方面的药理活性,发挥抗炎、抑菌、抗病毒、抗氧化应激、抗肿瘤、抗纤维化、调节免疫等作用。Scutellariae Radix has a thick flavor and light aroma,with both ascending and descending properties.Its chemical components are rich,and its pharmacological effects are diverse.This review summarizes recent research on Scutellariae Radix in China.It is found that the main components of Scutellariae Radix include flavonoids,polysaccharides,sterols,and volatile oils.The processing methods can affect the content of these components,and most studies focus on flavonoid components such as baicalin,baicalein,and wogonin.Scutellariae Radix has pharmacological activities across multiple systems,including the respiratory,digestive,and cardiovascular systems.It exerts anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-fibrotic,and immune-regulating effects.
