摘  要:采用熔融共混法接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物接枝马来酸酐缩水甘油酯(POE-g-MAH)与PA6,再与Sb_(2)O_(3)@SnO_(2)、线型低密度聚乙烯二次共混造粒,将母粒应用于聚合物激光标记.利用SEM、红外、TG、DSC、激光打标等方法对产品进行结构表征,并将POE-g-MAH接枝PA6作为变量,研究其含量对母粒的力学性能的影响.研究结果表明:随着POE-g-MAH接枝PA6量的增加,共混母粒在保持较高拉伸强度和弹性模量的同时,也大幅度提高了共混物的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率.The melt blending method was used to graft ethylene-octene copolymer grafted with glycidyl maleic anhydride (POE-g-MAH) and PA6, and then the masterbatch was applied to polymer laser labelling by secondary blending and granulation with Sb_(2)O_(3)@SnO_(2) and linear low-density polyethylene. The products were structurally characterised using SEM, IR, TG, DSC and laser marking. And POE-g-MAH grafted PA6 was used as a variable to study the effect of its content on the mechanical properties of the masterbatch. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of POE-g-MAH grafted PA6, the copolymer masterbatch maintained high tensile strength and elastic modulus, and at the same time, the notched impact strength and elongation at break of the copolymers were also substantially increased.
